Notice of Possible Quorum of the Type A & Type B EDC Board
NOTICE OF POSSIBLE QUORUM
OF THE TYPE A AND TYPE B EDC BOARD
CITY OF COLEMAN, TEXAS
In accordance with the provisions of the Texas Open Meetings Act, Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, Notice is hereby given that a possible quorum of the governing body of the Type A and Type B EDC Board for the City of Coleman, Texas may be in attendance on Wednesday, March 4, 2020 at 4:30 p.m. at the Groundbreaking Ceremony for the Coleman County Youth Sports Complex located West of the Rodeo Grounds off of 5th Avenue, Coleman, Texas. One or more members of the Type A and Type B EDC board, may be present. No business that would require a vote shall take place.
Certification
I certify that the above notice of possible quorum was posted at City Hall, 200 W. Liveoak, Coleman Texas, and on the City of Coleman internet website on Friday, February 28, 2020 at 5:00 p.m. and remained so posted continuously for at least seventy-two (72) hours preceding the scheduled time of the gathering.
